FALL SCHEDULE
From Monday, September 13th we will be open 7 days a week with our new fall schedule with 3 classes per day Mon - Fri. You can see the full schedule in the image below, or always check online on our website or MindBody web or APP. We hope you will find a time on the new schedule that works for you (and if not we hope you find a way to make time for Hot Yoga!). We are confident in an uninterrupted fall yoga season, and we encourage you to come back in if we haven’t seen you in a while. All students and teachers in the hot room have a green pass. ORARIO AUTUNNALE
Da Lunedì 13 Settembre saremo aperti 7 giorni alla settimana con il nuovo orario autunnale, con 3 lezioni al giorno dal Lunedì al Venerdì. Puoi consultare l'orario per intero nella immagine qui sotto o controllarlo sempre online sul nostro sito o Mindbody Web or APP. Speriamo che troverai un orario che funziona per te (e se non lo trovi, speriamo che ti organizzerai per trovarlo!). Siamo fiduciosi in una stagione di yoga continuativo, e ti incoraggiamo a tornare se non ti vediamo da un po'. Tutti gli studenti e gli insegnanti nella sala calda hanno il Green Pass. RENTAL MATS
Also from September 13th rental mats will be available in the studio again. The cost will be 2€ per mat, the price increase accounts for the increased sanification requirements. This is the first step we are taking in removing many of the restrictions we have been under since May 2020. Other steps will be taken week by week to return the studio to a more functional and welcoming home for our yoga community. We may not always announce each change, but we hope you will notice them around the studio and feel that things are slowly returning to “normal”.

AFFITTO TAPPETINI
Dal 13 Settembre i tappetini saranno nuovamente disponibili per essere affittati in studio. Il costo è di 2€ a tappetino, l'aumento del costo è dovuto alla sanificazione extra necessaria. Questo è il primo passo verso la graduale rimozione delle restrizioni che abbiamo dovuto attuare da Maggio 2020. Altre azioni saranno intraprese di settimana in settimana per riportare lo studio ad essere un luogo funzionale e accogliente per la nostra comunità yoga. Non annunceremo ogni cambiamento ma speriamo che li noterai in giro per lo studio e che avrai la sensazione di un ritorno graduale alla "normalità".

ANNUAL UISP CARDS
Hot Yoga Trieste is a società sportiva dilatantistica, and as such all students after their intro month are required to have an annual UISP card. Unfortunately UISP did not make any extensions to cards from 2020 or 2021 to account for lockdown, so nearly all cards are expired. Please be ready to renew your annual card for 20€ the next time you practice.

TESSERAMENTO UISP
Hot Yoga Trieste è una società sportiva dilettantistica e come tale ogni studente dopo il mese introduttivo deve possedere una tessera annuale UISP. Sfortunatamente UISP non ha attuato alcuna estensione dei tesseramenti 2020 o 2021 per dare conto del lockdown, quindi praticamente tutte le tessere sono scadute. Per favore sii pronto a rinnovare la tua tessera annuale al costo di 20€ la prossima volta che pratichi.

VALENTINA & TRAVELING TEACHERS
Valentina is back in Trieste and will be teaching regularly with Ben & Cleo from this week. Click on her photo to know more about her. Her classes reflect the true spirit of Bikram yoga and we’re happy to have her back as part of our HYT family. We are also working on restarting our program of international traveling teachers and workshop weekends that has been on hold since early 2020. Please keep an eye on future newsletters and social media for more info on new teachers, classes and workshops coming in 2021 and 2022!

VALENTINA & INSEGNANTI OSPITI
Valentina è tornata a Trieste ed insegnerà regolarmente da noi con Ben & Cleo da questa settimana. Clikka sulla sua foto per sapere qualcosa in più su di lei. La sua lezione riflette il vero spirito del Bikram yoga e siamo felicissimi di averla nella famiglia HYT. Stiamo anche lavorando per fare tornare gli insegnanti ospiti internazionali, così come l'organizzazione di workshops di approfondimento nei weekends: programmi che abbiamo dovuto mettere in standby da inizio 2020. Tieni d'occhio le prossime Newsletter e i social media per le informazioni sui nuovi insegnanti e workshops in arrivo nel 2021 e 2022!
