Terms of sale
All sales are immediate and final. No discounts or deductions may be applied to any course package or item after a sale is made. Any sale may be refunded for a full refund before use at the discretion of Hot Yoga Trieste. Once a package is used by attending class it cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred.
For monthly contracts, at least 15 days notice before next payment must be given via email for contract cancelation after the initial contract term expires. Monthly memberships can be paused for up to two (2) times a year for a maximum total of forty-five (45) days a year. Each pause must be for a minimum of ten (10) days. Longer term suspension of the memberships will be considered for grave injury or forced relocation on a case by case basis at the full discretion of Hot Yoga Trieste. Unused classes on limited monthly memberships cannot be rolled over from month to month.
Class packs, single classes, intro months, gift cards and tourist passes expire one year from the sale date.
Students at Hot Yoga Trieste (excluding those on intro month, single class or tourist pass) must be in possession of a valid UISP membership. If you have purchased a class package without a UISP membership you will be required to buy an annual UISP membership in the studio for €15 before you can attend class.
Privacy policy
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, codice fiscale or other details to let you use the services offered by Hot Yoga Trieste. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. Un acquisto può essere rimborsato completamente prima del suo utilizzo a discrezione di Hot Yoga Trieste. Una volta che il pacchetto è stato utilizzato frequentando lezione non può essere cancellato, rimborsato o trasferito.
Per I contratti mensili, è necessaria una notifica via email almeno 15 giorni prima del prossimo pagamento, per la cancellazione del contratto dopo che il termine iniziale del contratto sia scaduto. I partecipanti a Hot yoga Trieste (a parte quelli nel mese di prova, classe singola, e tourist pass) devono essere in possesso di una tessera UISP valida. Se hai acquistato un pacchetto classi senza la tessera UISP, ti sarà imposto di effettuare il tesseramento annuale UISP presso lo studio al costo di 15€ prima che tu possa effettuare la classe.
