We are excited to announce that we will be reopening June 1st in accordance with the regulations published by Comitato tecnico scientifico. We suggest you familiarise yourself with these regulations before you attend class, please click here. Below are the specific measures that will be taken in our studio in addition to all the regulations that must be followed from the aforementioned link. There are NO exceptions to these rules. We trust you understand why we must adopt this level rigid adherence to these rules and will work with us to implement them both in letter and spirit.
If you have a cough, sore throat or a temperature above 37,5° you cannot attend class. Classes will be limited to a maximum of 12 people.
You must book online before class, no walk ins will be accepted. Please only book class if you are sure you will attend (click here for more information on booking).
When you buzz downstairs the door may not open immediately so we can control the entry and ensure there is no crowding. Don’t worry, just wait a minute or two and we will buzz you in. Please enter one at a time.
You must use your own mat and take it home after class to be cleaned. There are no rental mats at the studio and no mat storage. Rental towels are still available.
The maximum number in the changing rooms and showers will be limited, so please come as ready as possible for class and be prepared for longer waits before & after class.
Bring your own hairdryer! The communal hairdryers have been removed.
Additional information will be posted around the studio as necessary to ensure the safety and security of our community. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns.
As we are sure you are used to by now, these rules & regulations will evolve with the situation and may change at any time, without notice. All classes are subject to cancellation without warning.

Siamo felicissimi di annunciare che riapriremo l’1 giugno in accordo con le direttive pubblicate dal Comitato tecnico scientifico. Ti suggeriamo di famigliarizzare con queste regole prima di partecipare alle lezioni clikkando qui. Qui sotto ci sono le misure specifiche che adotteremo allo studio in aggiunta a quelle che devono essere adottate in base al link citato sopra. NON ci sono eccezioni a queste regole. Speriamo capirai la nostra intransigenza rispetto queste importanti regole e lavoreremo tutti insieme per aderirvi sia alla lettera che nello spirito.
Se hai tosse, mal di gola o una temperatura oltre 37,5° non puoi partecipare alla lezione. Alle lezioni possono partecipare al massimo 12 studenti.
Devi prenotare online prima della lezione, non sono ammessi walk-ins. Per favore prenota la lezione solo se sei sicuro di partecipare (clikka qui per maggiori informazioni su come prenotare).
Quando citofoni al portone giù forse la porta non si aprirà automaticamente, questo per permetterci di regolare le entrate ed assicurarci che non vi siano assembramenti. Non ti preoccupare, aspetta un minuto o due e ti apriremo. Per favore entra una persona alla volta.
Devi usare il tuo tappetino e portarlo a casa dopo ogni lezione per pulirlo. Non ci sono tappetini in affitto e non c'è deposito tappetini. L’affitto degli asciugamani è ancora disponibile.
Il numero massimo di accessi negli spogliatoi e nelle docce è limitato, quindi cerca di arrivare il più pronto possibile e preparati a dovere aspettare più a lungo prima e dopo la lezione.
Porta il tuo asciugacapelli! Gli asciugacapelli in condivisione sono stati rimossi.

Come sicuramente già sai, queste regole possono evolversi insieme alla situazione del momento e quindi possono cambiare. Tutte le lezioni potranno essere cancellate senza avvertimento.
